Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have hired Bill Gates's former assistant and an ex PA to a famous snowboarder as their new advisers.
Sarah Fosmo, 45, has been appointed as Meghan's most senior adviser as she makes another attempt to relaunch her career.
The former employee of Bill Gates will oversee a 'dynamic period of growth' for the Duchess as she launches her Netflix lifestyle series With Love, Meghan, her As Ever product line and her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder.
Prince Harry also hired a new adviser Lianne Cashin who was previously the executive assistant to his former chief of staff Josh Kettler.
The Duke does not currently have a chief of staff after Mr Kettler failed to make it through the trial period.
Harry and Meghan have built somewhat of a reputation for their inability to hire and keep the right staff since they moved across the pond.
The pair hope the 'exceptional' new additions will be able to guide them as they take on 'ambitious ventures'.
Ms Fosmo described herself as 'an accomplished professional with an extensive, long-tenured career managing complex, high-stakes operations for ultra-high net worth individuals'.
